n4200pro pictures

Here are some Pictures of the inside of the Thecus N4200Pro that has IO errors on Slot2 (harddisk tested on another PC, everything fine), cable or motherboard might be defective:

The cables are custom things, so replacing them is not so easy:

Slot 2 (second from above) has constant IO-errors (Smart: udma_crc_errors):

You can see the device has very nice soldering points 😦

Update: this thread indicates that the disk drop troubles are indeed caused by bad cabling, although thecus claims that its the firmware that has trouble with 4k sector-alignment.. anyway..
